We will keep you busy to cook all ingredients and roll sushi different way. You will make 60-80 pieces sushi which will  give you all the experience and confidence you need to roll sushi at home.

  • Cook teriyaki chicken for use on its own as a dish or in sushi.
  •  cook the rice using sushi vinegar and sushi rice.
  • Select different ingredients for sushi rolls*, and learn how to cut and cook these ingredients, including: teriyaki chicken, sweetened egg omelette, cooked tuna, prawn, sushi egg, avocado, cucumber and Japanese pickled radish (ingredients subject to vary).
  • Thick Roll/ Thin Roll
  • Inside out Roll
  • Make homestyle sushi handrolls. We often have sushi parties with family or friends in Japan. There is no need to use a sushi mat; we simply make a cone shaped rice and sushi filling, wrapped with seaweed. Make your own party platter or put all the ingredients on the table and let everyone make their own to eat together. This is a great fun for the family, especially for kids.

You will make enough sushi rolls to give you all the experience and confidence you need to roll sushi at home.

Take away dishes : Sushi roll 70piece -100piece
You can eat sushi as much as you want  in the class!

*We supply sushi mats, but if you have your own sushi mat, please bring it to the class.
