In Advanced Japanese Cooking 2, our goal is to help you learn to fillet and prepare the whole fish. You will discover how to fillet the fish in three pieces Japanese style (sanmai oroshi) with small to medium-sized fish. We can also supply large fish such as salmon, king fish or snapper for you to learn how to fillet in class. The cost for additional fish is at current market price.

You will learn to prepare and cook the fish in a variety of different ways. 

Note: You will need to bring your own knives and have intermediate knife skills.
