Although the course is recommended, it is not required in order for you to enrol in any of the classes. However, Basic Cooking and Advanced 1 are pre-requisites for the Advanced 2 Cooking Class because of the extra skills required.
We also offer a Vegan and Vegetarian Cooking Course to help you add new Japanese dishes to your vegetarian cooking repertoire. Japanese vegetarian or vegan cuisine is known as Shujin Ryori. The Vegetable Lover’s Course is perfect for vegetarians, including vegans, and those who wish to build more vegetable dishes into their family meals.
